📦 Shipping Options & Rates
- Media Mail (Economy): FREE shipping for all orders. Delivery typically occurs within 5–8 business days after your order has shipped.
- Expedited Shipping: Upgrade for +$3 at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 2–4 business days after your order has shipped.
Note: Shipping times are estimates only. Carrier delays or inclement weather may affect delivery.
🕐 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your package ships.
🌎 Shipping Origin
All orders ship from our warehouse facilities in the United States for faster North American delivery.
📍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time — but we’re working on it!
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.
🚧 Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship on time, we’re not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or address issues outside our control.
✏️ Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t guarantee recovery for lost orders due to incorrect addresses. If you catch a mistake, email us ASAP!
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@drmanga.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to make it right!
