📚 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused, with no signs of wear or damage
- In original packaging, if applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number)
📦 How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at hello@drmanga.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Instructions on where to send your return (usually to our business address listed on our Contact page)
- A return shipping label, if applicable
🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If your return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges
- Start a return for the original item
- Place a new order once your return is accepted
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll be notified of approval
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days from the approval of your return
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, email us at hello@drmanga.com.
